How do I deposit with OrbitGTM?

You can accomplish this in several ways:

    The first way is by credit/debit card (no deposit fees):
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the "Deposit" tab.
  3. Select "Credit Card" as your preferred deposit type.
  4. Complete the online deposit form, enter the amount you want to deposit into your account.
  5. Confirm the transaction.

Minimum deposit amount: 250 EUR / USD / GBP

Maximum deposit amount per transaction: 5,000 EUR / USD / GBP.

You can ONLY fund your account with your own card. Third-party funding is not allowed.

    The second way is to use bank transfer (transfer fees may be charged by your banking organization):
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the "Deposit" tab.
  3. Select "Bank Transfer" as your preferred deposit type.
  4. You will be provided with the bank transfer information required to make a deposit.
  5. The Merchant Service provides bank account details using the IBAN number in accordance with the currency of your merchant account to avoid currency conversion when receiving your funds.

Send a copy of the bank transfer confirmation (SWIFT) to our mail.

Minimum deposit amount: 500 EUR/ USD/GBP.

Maximum deposit amount per transaction: unlimited

You can ONLY fund your account with your own card. Third-party funding is not allowed.

How do I withdraw money from my Orbit GTM account?

It's pretty simple. To do this, fill out a withdrawal request. Thereafter, your application will be verified and transferred according to the original method used to fund your trading account.

To request a withdrawal, you need to fill out the withdrawal form at the bottom of the My Account / Withdrawal page.

Do you have commissions for various financial transactions?

No. Company policy does not imply any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals.

What personal information is required from me when filling out the Form?

Customer Information: Fill in all fields with the relevant information about you in the information box. Then enter your credit card or bank transfer details. With credit/debit cards, all the information required is the name of the cardholder, the first four, and the last four digits

With a bank transfer, you must specify: Beneficiary bank: the name of your bank Beneficiary Bank Address: Your full bank address, including city and country. IBAN number and Account number: IBAN number is required for international transfers / Account number is optional Full name of the recipient: Your name is indicated in bank documents Intermediary bank: this field is optional SWIFT and BIC code: enter the BIC or SWIFT code of your bank Please sign the withdrawal form and send it to us at support@orbitgtm.com

It may take up to 3 business days for the request to be approved and processed after the withdrawal form is submitted. It may take up to 5 business days for funds to be transferred to your account. Withdrawals can only take place if your account is in compliance with KYC policy.

What is the “Know Your Customer” rule?

Know your customer rule is the procedure that requires the customers to submit valid and relevant information for successful feature cooperation.

The rules include the need for every OrbitGTM client to verify their identity if they want to open an account with us for trading. To do this, you must send copies of documents proving their identity and place of residence: a valid copy of your passport, identity card, or driver's license (front and back).

Proof of Residence: Utility bills, local government tax bills, or bank statements will be accepted if issued within the last 3 months. To be accepted, it must be a full-page document. (Online statements / mobile phone bills and documents containing a mailbox address are not accepted)

Documents can be sent either by email to support@orbitgtm.com or using our document submission system. You can find it by logging into your account - go to the "My Account" page, then to the "Upload Files" tab.

What is the SWIFT Code?

SWIFT code is a unique identification code of a specific bank that is used when transferring money between banking organizations.

Do I have the option to cancel a withdrawal?

Of course, you can cancel your request even if it is being processed. You can cancel your withdrawal request by calling us or writing an email
