Use of the Services

These Services are for your personal, non-commercial use.

By using the aforementioned Services and software provided by OrbitGTM, you agree that:

You may not use, store, reproduce, display, modify, sell, publish, transmit and distribute or use the Services for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of OrbitGTM; OrbitGTM reserves all rights to confidential information (including all intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, database rights, topography rights, industrial design, know-how, trade secrets, trade names, logos, designs, symbols, emblems, insignia, slogans, drawings, plans, and other identifying materials in all forms, whether registered or registerable and any other intellectual property rights under applicable law) existing in or related to the Services.

Do not use the Information for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You handle all statements and actions made or omissions that occur during the use of your user identification name (or “Username”) and passwords. You protect your username and password from unauthorized use and disclosure.

The services OrbitGTM offers you is neither a recommendation for a specific transaction nor a statement that any product described on the website is or is suitable for you. Many of the products described in the Services involve significant risks, and you should not enter any transactions unless you fully understand all such risks and have independently determined that such transactions are appropriate for you.

Bonus

The OrbitGTM provides a possibility of receiving worthy remunerations to our new and regular customers. Bonuses and the disposable trade credits are part of the Program of remunerations of OrbitGTM. The Bonus includes real money that OrbitGTM credits to your trading account to provide you with the additional leverage and liquidity. The provision of the Bonus is carried out upon the request of the Company and its Financial Analysts. The customer has to apply for a Bonus to be granted.

Action of these bonuses is limited on time, and conditions on payment of these bonuses can change eventually. In order to initiate Withdraw after receiving a Bonus, you are required to execute a minimum Trading Volume equal to your total deposit + your total bonus received multiplied by 500. You have the right to withdraw if you have completely satisfied and have considered the conditions mentioned above. Any action connected with removal of bonus funds from your account or withdrawal before performance of conditions on receiving a Bonus, will be immediately cancelled and suspended on your account. Any identification of fraud, the financial manipulations or speculative arbitration operations connected with receiving a bonus can lead to cancellation of your account, and also any profit got by you or losses suffered by you.

Termination

OrbitGTM may discontinue any or all of the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use at any time without reason or prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OrbitGTM disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By using the Services, you agree that errors and/or omissions contained in such information should not serve as the basis for any claims, demands, or grounds for action against OrbitGTM or any information provider (s).

Limited liability

Neither OrbitGTM nor any third party information providers are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of these Terms of Use or related to the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, use of data or other non-pecuniary damage, even if such a party has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Miscellaneous

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree that OrbitGTM reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services on the website and that the information received may be used by OrbitGTM for its internal business purposes.
